Does View Property Video only work with real estate companies?

View Property Video is available to anyone who wants to showcase a property for sale or rental.  View Property Video has no direct affiliation with any real estate companies or brokers.  The services of View Property Video are available as a marketing tool to anyone.

What geographical areas are covered by View Property Video?

Currently, we are focusing on Wilmington, North Carolina and surrounding areas (including New Hanover, Brunswick, and Pender counties).  In the months ahead we will be expanding into South Carolina and beyond.

How does it work?

After clicking the "Purchase a Video Presentation" button above, you will be asked some questions about your property.  Upon completion, you can pay online or choose to pay when your property is filmed.  A representative from View Property Video will contact you to schedule an appointment.

You have the option of narrating the video on-camera, while walking through your home, or doing a voice-over narration that will be added later.  You can also appear at the beginning of the video and use a voice-over narration for the rest.  For an additional $100 charge, View Property Video will provide a narrator or do the audio narration for you.

What is the cost and what types of payment does View Property Video accept?

A Property Video Presentation is $490.  (If your listing price is over one million dollars, there is an additional charge of $250 to cover extra filming time.)  All major credit cards and Paypal are accepted through the website.  Checks are accepted at the time that the property is filmed.

How long would my Property Video remain active?

The beauty of selling your property with View Property Video is that it involves a one-time fee that covers everything.  Your video stays live for one year or until you sell your property (or until your listing agreement expires).  There are no recurring fees.
